Golang Job Details

Job Title: Sr. Golang Developer

Location: NYC, NY (Remote)

Duration: Long Term Contract

Note: Written test mandatory on Golang

Big Plus: Kafka, PostgreSQL or MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes.

Key Qualifications:

  • A college or university degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong hands-on experience using Go as a programming language.
  • 10+ years in software development, with expertise in both front-end and back-end systems.
  • Hands-on experience in software design, architecture, and data modeling for large-scale systems.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or MS Azure.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, gRPC and Protobufs.
  • SQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar systems.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and test frameworks.
  • Proficiency with Linux environments and GIT.
  • Telecom industry experience with knowledge of TMForum and 3GPP standards is a plus.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders, translate requirements into design/architecture, and execute independently.
  • Familiarity with telecom network elements and standards.
